With a storied history in high value healthcare growth and leadership across large corporations and start ups, entrepreneurship, and real estate, Kelly's career has been defined by a deep commitment to the art of helping people thrive while navigating and negotiating multi-million dollar contracts.
Her professional journey began in Europe, where exposure to international lifestyles and cultures first sparked her appreciation for the environments we inhabit, and the way we choose to live within them.
However, it was a profound personal loss, losing both parents to cancer within a single week when she was 24, that truly shaped her perspective. That experience became the catalyst for a decade-long chapter in radiology & oncology based sales and leadership, where she learned that human connection is the most valuable currency we have.
While her career was initially rooted in healthcare, her heart remained in a parallel world of real estate and entrepreneurship. Having held her first real estate license from 2005–2013, Kelly returned to her "happy place in real estate" in 2024 with the launch of SeaWeeds Home Co. and is now a North Carolina Realtor® with Intracoastal Realty.
She offers a sophisticated, trust-oriented approach that seamlessly blends her eye for interiors, leadership, negotiation skills and beliefs of how a client should feel cared for in her presence.
