About
About SeaWeeds Home Co.
SeaWeeds Home Co. is a modern, luxury home services company serving the coastal North Carolina communities of Topsail Island and Greater Wilmington regions of NC. We specialize in refining residential, new construction, and commercial properties through sophisticated cleaning, organizing, occupied staging, decor, closet resets, and interior painting. Our mission is to create community, friendships, and clear pathways to a more enjoyable real estate experience by treating every property as a story worth telling.
We also work with homeowners, custom home builders, real estate investors, and Realtors® who want their spaces to feel intentional, polished, and market ready. From rough cleans on new builds to final picture day preparations, we bring a curated, trust-oriented approach that helps properties stand apart and encourages deeper buyer interest.
SeaWeeds Home Co. is founded and led by Kelly Krasner, a North Carolina Realtor® with Intracoastal Realty. Drawing on a storied career in healthcare leadership, entrepreneurship, and real estate, Kelly built SeaWeeds Home Co. to blend an eye for interiors with genuine care for how clients should feel in her presence. Every service is delivered by a team that notices the little things, communicates with ease, and goes above and beyond to make each space feel special.
Our Coastal Commitment
Protecting What Makes the Coast Home
The coast gives us so much beauty, community, and a place to call home. SeaWeeds Home Co. is proud to give back by supporting the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center, a beloved North Carolina nonprofit dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and releasing sick and injured sea turtles.
We support their vital work through our sea turtle adoption program, helping fund the care and recovery of individual turtles. In August, we were honored to take that commitment a step further by adopting an entire sea turtle nest - supporting a new generation of hatchlings as they make their way to the sea.
Every property we care for is part of this coastline, and so is every turtle we help protect. It's our way of honoring the place that inspires everything we do.
