A foundation in care
Before real estate, Kelly spent years leading teams and navigating multi-million dollar contracts in healthcare. The work taught her something she carries into every project today: human connection is the most valuable currency we have. People remember how they were treated long after they remember the details of a deal.
A return to real estate
Real estate was never far away. Kelly held her first real estate license from 2005 to 2013, and in 2024 she returned to what she calls her happy place, launching SeaWeeds Home Co. and becoming a North Carolina Realtor with Intracoastal Realty.
The mission today
The goal is simple and personal: create community, friendships, and clear pathways to a more enjoyable real estate experience.
